Info: Grapes grown in a 60 hectare vineyard in Curcio Valley which has a Mediterranean style climate, ideal for the growing of the grapes and vines. Hand harvested grapes, in February at their optimum maturity. Must is fermented over a twenty day period allowing varietal aromas to develop.
Tasting Note: Pale yellow with hints of green, grapefruit and lime aromas blended with herb and floral notes. Soft and refreshing on the palate.
Serve with: Great on its own, with poultry, shellfish or creamy sauce based dishes.
