Info: Up to 12 months oak ageing. 50% of the grapes come from Block 20 vineyard established on old leached soils – excellent drainage and deep routes. The vines are cooled in the summer by the sea breeze from the Indian Ocean.
Tasting Note: Green straw colour, stone fruit aromas with grapefruit and almonds. On the palate there is more grapefruit and citrus fruit flavours.
Serve with: Grilled herb chicken, grilled shellfish, creamy fish dishes.
