Info: Inacayal's vineyards are located in Tupungato near Mendoza, Argentina and benefit from a temperature amplitude, and an altitude of 3,000 feet above sea level which both play an important role in the ripeness of the grapes, allowing natural acidity and fruit retention as they reach full maturity. Yield is kept very low and hand harvested at the end of February.
Tasting Note: Deep ruby red in colour, impressive aromas of plums, berries and chocolate with hints of cocoa and vanilla. Full ripe fruit on the palate, with velvety tannins and intense concentration and body.
Serve with: Versatile with food, great with anything from steak to pasta.
